Terms & Conditions

Terms & conditions in brief:

• We agree to:
  * Create a fully working and tested website for you to the specification agreed between you and us.
  * Arrange hosting and domain name registration for you (additional costs involved) unless this shall be arranged by you.
  * Submit your site to search engines and optimise the site as much as possible for search engine results.
  * Publish your site on the relevant hosting location.
  
• You agree to:
  * Provide us with the necessary content (text and images) and information in a timely manner.
  * Provide us with the necessary access to publish your website if you are arranging the hosting.
  * Pay a deposit of 50% of the estimated full amount before the commencement of work.
  * Pay the final balance before the website is published.
• One round of amendments is included in our estimate. Amendements and/or maintenance made after the publication of the site shall be chargable, unless otherwise agreed.
• Annual or bi-annual renewal costs for domain registrations shall be required to be met by you if we have arranged domain registration and management for you.
• We are unable to guarantee the performance of your website regarding search engine results due to the nature of the search engines themselves and the algorithms they use. The positioning of your site in search engine results pages are controlled by the search engines. There is no set time when a site may be picked–up by search engines even after its submission. Promoting your site through the use of inbound links will increase its success.
• On–going promotion of your site is your responsibilty, unless otherwise agreed. We will be happy to provide some guidance for you if required.
• Payment is to be made in British Sterling (GBP) and can be paid via PayPal or cheque.
